Claire was born and raised in the Northwest and loves nature and the magic of the human experience. Her love for the outdoors began as a child, playing and exploring the lakes, rivers, ocean, forests and mountains. After graduating with a BA in Fiber Arts from the University of Oregon in 2012, she found herself increasingly interested in human development and humanity’s connection to the natural world. She discovered the work of Rudolf Steiner and Waldorf education and knew her heart had been leading her there.

She began her Waldorf teaching calling at Spokane Windsong School in Washington State in 2014. Here, she earned her Waldorf Early Childhood Certification. This hybrid program between Seattle and Denver eventually brought Claire to Fort Collins in 2017, where she continued her teaching practice at River Song Waldorf School. She currently teaches at Seedlings Kindertribe, and loves being part of the outdoor school movement.

Claire completed her Angelic Reiki Master Level Training in 2015, and loves to weave the healing arts into her teaching practice. She is on the womb awakening path of self-love and returning to harmony with the rhythms of nature, and is excited to bring these elements to our sister circle.

Claire currently lives in the foothills northwest of Fort Collins with her husband and animals. She is often found digging for crystals and gemstones in the Rocky Mountains and beyond. She is honored to have the opportunity to cultivate connections with the wonderful families in the Fort Collins community.
