Big Sisters

Ages 12/13-15

Our Big Sisters offering meets the developmental need for more autonomy and leadership in the adolescent years. Big sisters will work together to co-create experiences in nature, share and express themselves through collaborative art, engage in meaningful dialogue with their peers, and practice mentorship through Little Sister pairings.

Seasonal themes

Each offering consists of its own seasonal theme, allowing our youth to engage in the changing seasons of the natural world.

Community support

Through intentional community-building activities guided by our facilitators and occasionally mentoring our little sisters, our goal is for everyone to have a space in which they feel safe to share, learn, and grow together.

Hands-on activities

Our activities are designed to keep everyone engaged and working together in community, whether it’s learning how to start a garden or create a vision board.

Sharing our message

Make sure to follow our blog and social media to see all of the fun things we are doing!  We have plenty of opportunities for our big sisters to collaborate and share their work with the community.
